Instructions:
- Please complete the online application form
- Write your Statement of Purpose (SOP) (up to 1000 words). The SOP is to help us learn about your career plans,
your interest in the program, and what you hope to achieve from the program. Please note that you are able to
upload your SOP (in WORD or PDF format) to the online application form. That is why we recommend writing the
SOP first and later filling out the online form. Click here to download the guiding questions that must be
addressed in your SOP.
- Obtain two (2) signed letters of reference (in format provided). Reference Person can be: college or university
faculty member or academic advisor, representative from an organization who knows you, or previous or current
employer. One of the reference letters must be an academic reference. To download the reference letter format

A hard copy of the letters must be sent by the reference person directly to the following address:

Once accepted, you will have to reserve your space in the program by submitting additional required materials and a deposit by April 11th, 2009. A list of these materials will be provided with your notice of acceptance. These materials include a health statement, student and parent waivers, contact emergency information, a $ USD 400 non-refundable deposit, copy of health insurance, copy of passport, and visa materials if applicable.
